Though stretch therapy, stretch-ology, & stretch coaching has recently become more popular, before many others we were passing a legacy down from mentor to pupil. With each new generation, we have been evolving our techniques and passing down knowledge and expertise that makes our stretch sessions quality stand out. 

Over the past 15-20 years our inspiration and founder Loretta Mcgrath has served the greater Saint Petersburg Florida area under the names Dynamic Body Stretching & then Body Therapy Spa with the ideal of helping people feel better while reaching their mobility and flexibility goals.  As she hands off the baton, we inherit her model of private one on one expert stretching and myo-fascial release.  Our Stretch company stands out from other stretch studios in that our stretch sessions are not only more tailored to you and we take our time holding the stretches, but we level up as you do.  Our levels make it so that you get the level stretch therapist that matches your level of flexibility.
